1. Commercial Partnership & Growth

• Partner with Sales/Business Development on key customers, technical proposals, product matching and solutions.
• Assess inquiries; provide feasibility, samples, risks, cost drivers and realistic launch timing; support customer approvals and business conversion.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Technology/Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years in R&D/technology (Agricutural products), including 3+ years managing teams or technical programs.
• Industrial experience in Agricutural products, plant trials, scale-up, validation and commercialization.
• B2B customer interaction, cross-functional project management and new-line start-up are strong advantages.
