Production and ELS Engineer

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will support production activities, lead continuous improvement efforts, and manage ELS Project Leaders across the HCM and Hanoi distribution centers. Serving as a change agent and subject matter expert, you will drive operational excellence and foster continuous improvement within your business unit.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Production Engineering and Process Improvements
• Certified Yellow or Green Belt
• Proven leadership skills (lead, motivation, process and people management skills).
• Successful and effective communicator.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives; hands-on experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools and Lean tools (e.g. automation flows, Google AI...
