Learning & Development Specialist (Fluent Korean)

- Lead employee engagement, organizational culture, and internal communication activities such as team building, contests, and events.
- Support employer branding and recruitment communication through university partnerships, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
- Understanding of the IT industry; IT background is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in L&D, Training, HR, or a related field.
- Fluent Korean (TOPIK 5 and above)
- Energetic, creative, proactive, and strong in communication and event organization.
