• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience in a multinational or Korean-owned company in Vietnam
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor law and HR operations
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
• High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
