RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

Proactively prospect, approach, and acquire new customers to expand the company's customer base and generate new business. Identify business opportunities, convert prospects into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.

• College diploma or above.
• 3–5 years of ocean freight sales experience, with knowledge of ocean freight operations and proven customer acquisition experience.
• Native Vietnamese speaker; good working proficiency in English. Chinese is a plus.
• Ambitious, proactive, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
