Our bakery is looking for Baker with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate has bakery experience, is able to work independently and understands the art of creating artisan breads. As a Baker, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of all baked goods while meeting strict timelines.

Successful candidate must be able to start at 3 a.m., mix dough, bake products using a rack or deck oven, able to pay attention to detail, and memorize several products.

Responsibilities:

• Mix and measure ingredients to produce various baked goods.
• Acquire ingredients.
• Clean work area.
• Utilize equipment to bake various baked goods.
• Follow recipes.
• Bake product.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
