Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food preparation and cooking
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and portion standards
• Cook and prepare local dishes while maintaining quality and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Assist with stock receiving, storage and inventory
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Experience preparing local Singapore food is a strong advantage
• Experience with dishes such as chicken rice, local rice dishes and other Singapore-style food is a plus
• F&B / kitchen experience is preferred but not essential
• Training will be provided
• Passionate about local food and willing to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, hardworking and reliable
• Good team player
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

• 具备新加坡本地菜烹饪经验者优先
• 有海南鸡饭、本地饭类及其他新加坡传统美食制作经验者优先
• 有餐饮 / 厨房工作经验者优先，但无经验者也可申请
• 公司提供培训
• 对本地美食有热忱并愿意学习
• 能够适应快节奏的工作环境
• 勤奋、负责任及可靠
• 具备良好的团队合作精神
• 能配合轮班、周末及公共假期工作
