Junior Account Manager

Vidinge Grönt is a vegetable-producing company from Skåne, and our dream is to help double the consumption of vegetables in Scandinavia. In a short time, we have secured a dominant position as a supplier of pre-packed salads and vegetables on the Nordic market, and are one of Skåne's fastest-growing companies. We possess the most modern washing and packing facility for salads in Sweden, and sell 50 million consumer units per year to customers in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. Our factory is currently under expansion due to our growth, and the new facility will be completed in August 2019. Due to our rapid growth, we are now looking for new colleagues who want to grow with us. Today we have a turnover of approximately 500 MSEK and have about 300 employees, with the goal of doubling our turnover over the next five years. Vidinge Grönt is located in Norrvidinge, just north of Kävlinge, where the business also originated.

Tasks: We are now looking for a new colleague for our sales team. The sales function currently consists of 4 people, and for the right person, there are good opportunities to grow with the organization. We are looking for you who can quickly absorb new things and do not say no to a challenge. With your commitment, your energy, and your flexibility, you will partially act as support to our two Key Account Managers, and when the time comes, you will have your own customer responsibility. You burn for service and helping others, and you share our passion for selling and working with healthy, fresh, and tasty food. Other tasks will be:  Coordinate product launches from idea to market  Develop and create marketing and campaign plans  Support to our Key Account Managers  Formulate and follow up on goals

Experience and qualifications: It is good if you have work experience from before, but it is not a requirement. What we mainly seek is a colleague who is willing to learn and who shares our dream. If you have work experience, it is extra interesting if you have knowledge within sales, retail, or FMCG. If you have an education inspired by sales, economics, marketing, or equivalent, we see this as meritorious. You shall be able to motivate those around you with your positivity, find it easy to cooperate, and find solutions that benefit everyone. We assume that you can unhindered handle English in speech and writing as this is the main language in daily operations. You report to Commercial Director.
