Account Manager

We believe that you have 3-5 years of experience from the grocery retail and FMCG sectors. Educationally, you are a business economist with a marketing focus or have an equivalent theoretical background.

What is perhaps most important is that you enjoy doing business, want to develop these deals, and sharpen our concepts together with our customers. It is not necessary for you to have previous leadership experience, but as a person, you must be clear, powerful, and responsible. You must be able to motivate and inspire those around you and find it easy to collaborate and find solutions that benefit everyone.

We assume that you can unhindered handle English in speech and writing. Some travel is included in the position – approximately 20 days per year. You report to the Commercial Director. You will have a key role in Vidinge's continued success. Vidinge is facing one of its most interesting stages ever. The sales function currently consists of 4 people, and for the right person, there are good opportunities to grow with the organization. The company aims to double its turnover over the next five years. We are therefore looking for a person with strong drive and a natural talent for sales and the ability to build long-term relationships. You already know how to drive sales and develop business within FMCG. With us, you will work with the major food chains and, together with them, develop our successful concept. You will work together with area experts in an environment strongly characterized by entrepreneurship, and we expect that you share our love for healthy, fresh, and wonderful food!

Other tasks will be:

• Develop and implement strategic and operational business plans
• Responsible for market shares, gross margin, budget, and forecasts.
• Formulate and follow up on goals
• Work with product launches and other marketing activities.
• Compile and analyze market data
• Market research
• Business Intelligence; follow trends, environmental scanning, competitor monitoring, and analyze consumer behavior.

Vidinge Grönt AB is one of Skåne's fastest-growing companies. In a short time, the company has secured a dominant position as a supplier of pre-packaged salads and vegetables on the Nordic market. Vidinge possesses the most modern washing and packing facility for salads in Sweden. Now, plans are being made for continued expansion and development, which will significantly increase production capacity and, consequently, the number of employees. The company currently has a turnover of approximately 600 MSEK and has around 300 employees. Vidinge Grönt is located in Norrvidinge, just north of Kävlinge, where the business also has its origins.
