Job Description

• Ensure the smooth running of each event;
• Proceed with the verification and scanning of customer tickets, and ensure their validity;
• Welcome, inform, and direct customers to their seats or any other appropriate location;
• Distribute evening programs to customers;
• Lend a hand to the team during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older;
• Possess at least one year of experience in customer service;
• Be recognized for interpersonal skills and ease of interacting with customers;
• Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism toward customers;
• Keep your cool and remain calm in all situations;
• Be available to work evenings and weekends;
• Master spoken and written English at an intermediate level. The job holder will be required to communicate regularly with English-speaking employees and external partners located outside of Quebec.
