Loan / Field officer

We are seeking an experienced, result-oriented, and self-motivated Field Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, loan marketing, loan recovery, client relationship management, field visits, and monitoring loan repayment activities to ensure the achievement of branch targets and the maintenance of a healthy loan portfolio. Key Responsibilities Identify, attract, and onboard new customers for the institution's loan and savings products. Market the institution's financial products and services to prospective clients. Conduct field visits to assess clients' businesses, financial capacity, and loan repayment ability. Monitor existing borrowers to ensure timely loan repayment. Follow up on overdue loans and implement effective recovery strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage customer retention. Conduct credit assessments and provide accurate client information for loan processing. Monitor clients' businesses and identify potential credit risks. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer acquisition, loan disbursement, collections, and outstanding loans. <
