Our long-standing business partner is a leading company in plant engineering, and we are looking for you to support them as an experienced Engineer in Corrosion Technology (m/f/d) for the following tasks:

Your tasks:

• Planning and, if necessary, implementation of project-related testing tasks in the corrosion laboratory
• Preparation and management of customer projects and R&D projects
• Summarizing and evaluating test results as well as creating the corresponding work reports in German and English
• Project management and processing of projects for internal and external customers
• Independent presentation of results to customers and, if necessary, authorities
• Creation of technical corrosion reports
• Acquisition of customer projects

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in the field of Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Initial professional experience
• Specialist knowledge in the field of corrosion of metallic materials
• Knowledge of operating autoclave test stands and refreshment systems as well as handling potentiostats and galvanostats in electrochemistry
• Basic knowledge in the field of electrochemical corrosion testing
• English B1
• Programming skills (Python)
