In connection with a Business Manager, on a specific client account:
- Prototypes:
- Reception of client requests
- Preparation of offers in connection with the Project Manager
- Recording of client orders, administrative follow-up
- Series and pre-series:
- Monitoring and updating budgets and KPIs
- Reception of parts and tooling orders
- Updating in SAP (verification and maintenance of prices, delivery schedules)
- Invoicing of tooling
- Management of financial disputes. Follow-up of unpaid receivables.
- Monitoring series life with AMs and KAMs: monitoring of the parts database (Sport), tooling inventory, LTA and material)
- Support for spare parts activities
- Client portal:
- Monitoring and updating Support and booking of travel and activities for the client account, including booking travel and accommodation
BAC + 2
- First significant field experience
- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft tools
- Knowledge of an ERP (such as SAP) would be a plus
- Fluent English
- Team spirit and ease of communication
