We are looking for an ME Documentation Analyst to act as a technical reference in the complete management of export documentation, ensuring precision, compliance, and operational excellence in all stages of the process, promoting alignment between customers, international agents, and internal areas.
Responsibilities and assignments
- Act as a technical reference for the export documentation area, ensuring precision and compliance in pre- and post-shipment processes;
- Make decisions related to documents, deadlines, regulatory requirements, and alignment with international customers and partners;
- Technically lead the team, supporting related areas with guidance on norms, procedures, and foreign trade best practices;
- Conduct analyses of documentary processes, identifying risks and implementing preventive and corrective actions;
- Perform direct interface with international customers and strategic partners, ensuring agile and qualified service;
- Coordinate the flow between freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal areas, ensuring synchronization between documentation and logistics operations;
- Develop and update procedures, standards, and area manuals;
- Act in internal and external audits, ensuring process compliance;
- Monitor area indicators and propose continuous improvements aiming at operational efficiency and a better customer experience;
- Support the company in its commitment to food safety, ethics, legality, quality, and respect for the environment.
Requirements and qualifications
Mandatory:
- Higher Education in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related areas;
- Solid experience with export routines, issuance and verification of documents, and interface with international customers or agents;
- Intermediate English;
Desirable:
- Experience with export documents, such as:
- Commercial Invoice;
- Packing List;
- BL/AWB;
- Certificates;
- Invoices and specific documents required by international markets;
- Knowledge of customs legislation, Incoterms, SISCOMEX, global compliance, and logistics best practices;
- Experience with audits and compliance in foreign trade.
