Sr Integrity Analyst

Vibra's Compliance area promotes an ethical culture, managing the Ethics Channel and the Ombudsman Channel, conducting integrity analyses (due diligences and background checks), investigations and recommendations for improvements, in addition to guiding areas regarding LGPD and acting as an interface with the ANPD. Analyze product import operations and maintain updated regulations and reports that support the company's Integrity Program.

Responsibilities and duties

Vibra's Compliance area promotes an ethical culture and strengthens the company's Integrity Program, supporting the management of the Ethics Channel and the Ombudsman Channel, integrity analyses, investigations, recommendations for improvements, and guidance related to LGPD. It also works on updating regulations, controls, and reports that support integrity governance.

Responsibilities and duties:

a) Integrity Analyses — Due Diligence and Integrity Background Check

• Conduct high-complexity integrity analyses involving national and international economic groups;
• Prepare opinions and recommendations for decision-making in due diligence and background check processes;
• Support the continuous evolution of the third-party risk classification methodology;
• Act as a technical reference for the team on topics related to integrity and due diligence/background check, supporting the evolution of the area's criteria, methodologies, and controls;
• Prepare indicators, executive presentations, and management reports.

b) Data Protection and Privacy (LGPD)

• Solid knowledge of the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation);
• Experience in data mapping (inventory/ROPA) and support for privacy governance;
• Interface with DPO and ANPD;
• Support the evolution of the privacy program;
• Perform privacy risk analyses and support the preparation of RIPDs;
• Conduct analyses of high-complexity contractual clauses related to data protection;
• Support training and awareness actions on privacy.

c) Conflicts of Interest

• Prepare opinions on conflicts of interest (actual, potential, or apparent);
• Perform critical analysis of personal, professional, and corporate ties;
• Propose mitigating measures for case handling.

d) Technical Differentials

• Experience with tools and programs (Neoway, Upminer, OneTrust, and SAP);
• Experience in regulated environments or multinationals;
• Advanced English for contract analysis and international interactions.

Requirements and qualifications

Requirements:

Completed degree in Law.

Desirable:

Post-graduation/MBA in compliance and related areas.
