Viajero Hostels began from the friendship between a Uruguayan and a Colombian who met on their first backpacking trip. What started as a dream of two friends is today a chain of more than 25 hostels with 20 years of experience exploring new cultures, customs, and communities in 8 countries around the world. However, the dream does not end; we want to continue expanding and growing much more.

At this moment, we are looking for an EXPERIENCE LEADER for our operation in MEDELLIN, someone who enjoys connecting with people, who is not afraid to take the microphone, propose an activity, or motivate the team, and who makes our guests want to stay a little longer.

To belong to this team, you must meet the following:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, recreation, tourism, or hospitality.
• Intermediate-high English.
• Experience creating and executing activities, experiences, and events.
• To be a sociable, dynamic, and spontaneous person, with ease in connecting with others.
• A passion for leading activities and creating memorable moments.
• To have lots of energy and the drive to make things happen!

Conditions

• Sunday to Sunday with 1 day off per week and 1 free Sunday per month.
• Contract type: indefinite
• Salary: $2.000.000 COP + transport allowance + legal benefits + commissions
