Night Auditor

Are you passionate about customer service and are you an organized, responsible person with attention to detail? At VIAJERO HOSTELS we are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team at the CALI location.

We are looking for a person with an excellent service attitude, the ability to work autonomously during the night shift, and a high level of responsibility. You will be in charge of guaranteeing an excellent experience for our guests, ensuring the operational security of the hostel, and performing the administrative and financial closing of the day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide warm, agile, and professional service to guests during the night shift.
• Perform check-in, check-out, and request handling processes.
• Execute the night audit, verifying that all transactions of the day have been correctly recorded.
• Review and correct inconsistencies in reservations, rates, payments, and billing.
• Prepare and deliver the end-of-day closing reports.
• Guarantee the correct handling of cash and payment methods.
• Follow up on operational developments and leave a detailed report for the daytime team.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards.
• Coordinate the handling of situations that arise during the night shift.
• Support the security and order of the facilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel reception, night auditing, or similar roles.
• Management of hotel systems (PMS). Experience with Cloudbeds will be valued.
• Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, and payment reconciliation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Intermediate English level.
• Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems autonomously.
• Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
