Job Description Quality Controle Coordinator

As a QC coordinator you will be the central point of coordination between multiple operational teams, ensuring that quality control and ingest workflows run efficiently and according to schedule.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the daily workflow of the global QC and regional ingest & validation teams;
• Monitoring priorities, workload and deadlines to ensure smooth operations;
• Managing and triaging tickets related to quality control and segmentation;
• Coordinating communication and escalations between cross-functional teams;
• Performing spot quality checks on audio, video and segmentation when required;
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the media supply chain department.
