INDEPENDENT RADIOCOMMUNICATION ENGINEER

Job description:

• participation in the design, development, and implementation of radiocommunication systems
• planning, supervision, and optimization of radio networks and communication systems
• maintenance and improvement of existing radiocommunication solutions
• preparation of technical analyses, studies, elaborates, and project documentation
• participation in the implementation and coordination of projects in the field of radiocommunications
• monitoring new technologies and the application of innovative solutions in the company's business
• cooperation with users, partners, and suppliers on technical projects.

Requirements:

a) education:

• VŠS / VSS of a technical orientation
• advantage: electrical engineering, telecommunications, or related technical fields

b) experience and professional knowledge:

• at least 10 years of experience in radiocommunication, telecommunications, or related technical systems jobs
• knowledge of the principles of planning, development, and maintenance of radio and telecommunication systems
• experience in preparing technical documentation, analyses, and professional bases
• good knowledge of computer work and the use of standard office tools and advanced tools such as AI, M365, and similar

c) personal competencies

• independence and proactivity in work
• analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation
• responsibility and organization
• developed communication and teamwork skills
• readiness for continuous learning and professional development

d) other requirements:

• active use of the English language
• B category driver's license.
