Via Aesthetic Academy is looking for an enterprising, responsible Manager with leadership skills. The candidate will manage the ongoing operations of the entire academy and clinic, coordinate the team, and ensure high-quality service and efficient organizational processes.

• Organization and supervision of all academy and clinic operations,
• Management of the staff team and coordination of work processes,
• Support in the development and implementation of the academy's development strategy,
• Monitoring service quality and proposing improvements,
• Ensuring a high level of customer service,
• Organization of conferences, courses, and events

• Work experience is desirable
• Organizational and leadership skills,
• High communication and negotiation abilities,
• Ability to manage time effectively and make quick decisions,
• Knowledge of foreign languages (Russian and English).
