We’re delighted to be partnering with a well-established, values-led organisation to recruit an experienced Senior People Partner. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape key decisions, build capability across the business and lead through complexity.
Your tasks
You’ll lead a team of People Partners, setting clear expectations and developing a confident, capable and consistent partnering service that the business can rely on.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of People Partners
- Setting clear standards and building consistency and shared accountability across the team
- Allocating work, managing capacity and ensuring a high-quality partnering service
- Translating business priorities into strategic people and workforce plans
- Leading complex employee relations, change and consultation activity
- Using workforce insight and sound judgement to influence senior decision-making
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- Significant experience of successfully managing and developing a team
- A track record of building capability through coaching, feedback and clear expectations
- Confidence managing performance, priorities and competing demands
- Strong strategic people partnering experience
- The ability to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders
- Experience leading complex people matters and organisational change
