About the company
Via is partnering with a growing international Forex and CFD brokerage looking for a Brokerage Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate teams and improve business processes.
Your tasks
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth client onboarding, account administration and operational performance as the business scales.
- Oversee customer support operations and team performance
- Coordinate activities across Sales, Support, Operations and senior management
- Manage client onboarding, account administration, deposits and withdrawals
- Monitor introducing broker (IB) commissions, referrals and rebates
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with external providers
- Improve workflows, implement procedures and maintain operational reporting
Requirements
- Experience in Forex/CFD brokerage operations or closely related financial services
- Understanding of brokerage processes, client onboarding and payments
- Experience managing or coordinating teams
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Proactive approach to improving operational efficiency
Desirable experience
- Brokerage CRM and back-office systems
- KYC, AML and financial services compliance
- IB commission and rebate structures
- Process improvement and SOP development
- Working with payment or technology providers
What we offer
Salary: £60,000 per year
OTE: £120,000 per year
