HR Officer

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Administer HR policies, procedures and ensure compliance with labour laws. Manage employee relations and provide timely resolution to workplace issues. Oversee performance management and training initiatives. Handle payroll inputs, attendance and HR records management. Support the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience. A minimum of a degree in a related field.
