Your tasks
Responsibilities
- Manages the entire recruitment cycle, from investigating needs to hiring, and coordinates the onboarding actions for new hires
- Maintains personnel files in both physical and electronic databases
- Monitors staff absences, leaves, etc., and collects the necessary forms for the purpose of correctly updating the payroll department
- Updates the ΕΡΓΑΝΗ system regarding staff schedules and any modifications
- Manages facility personnel matters and ensures the development of a positive working climate
- Collaborates with the facility safety technician on matters concerning personnel

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- University/Technical Institute degree
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Very good knowledge of the English language (proficiency)
