Main Mission Guarantee regulatory compliance and the securing of supplier contracts as well as mechanisms related to Transparency, DMOS and RGPD for the France Direction. Ensure the operational follow-up of contractual commitments in collaboration with internal teams and the legal department. Support employees in the application of best practices for compliance and data protection. Contract Management Manage the entire contract lifecycle (creation, validation, signature, archiving). Coordinate exchanges with the legal department to guarantee contractual compliance. Control the completeness and consistency of files before validation. Ensure respect for contractual deadlines and anticipate expiration dates. Identify and resolve administrative or legal blockages. Guarantee the quality of documentary follow-up and contract traceability. Support teams in formalizing their contractual needs. Participate in the negotiation of annual unique agreements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to contracts and compliance. Prepare and provide the necessary elements during audits or inspections.  VSA Transparency Management (Loi Bertrand) Collect, consolidate and control the data necessary for transparency declarations. Supervise the semi-annual publication of regulatory data. Ensure the reliability and updating of information relating to healthcare professionals and legal entities. Follow up with internal contributors in case of incomplete data. Train new employees on obligations related to anti-gift laws and transparency. Raise awareness among teams regarding regulatory and contractual requirements.  DMOS File Management Compile coverage files and speaker contracts. Verify and validate the compliance of files before their submission. Ensure relations with the competent professional bodies. Guarantee the quality and reliability of declared data. Coordinate stakeholders to respect regulatory deadlines.  Local RGPD Referent (Local Privacy Champion) Relay the directives and procedures of the Group DPO locally. Maintain up-to-date registers of personal data processing. Identify high-risk processing and contribute to the performance of impact assessments (DPIA). Support business units in the integration of RGPD and the "Privacy by Design" principle. Ensure compliance with procedures and data retention rules. Identify non-compliance risks and propose corrective actions. Participate in the management and documentation of personal data breaches.

Bachelor's degree in Law

Minimum 2 years of experience

Good knowledge of Regulation and procedures in DMOS/Transparency/RGPD (paper and electronic versions)

Good mastery of the Office pack and IT Tools (knowledge of management software such as AGS 360, Atrium or Naya would be a plus)

English B2
