Your tasks
📌 Job Summary
- Develop and manage the BI tool for the France Division.
- Create dashboards and perfectly master the BI tool (PowerBI).
- Understand the company's challenges and be proactive in creating relevant indicators.
📊 Improvement of the BI tool
- Analyze functional and technical needs
- Use the existing DWH or create the necessary data from multiple sources
- Define the overall architecture allowing for optimal performance
- Participate in the deployment of the tool
- Structuring data sources aligned with the Group
📈 Construction and improvement of dashboards
- Gathering and understanding user needs (Sales force, marketing, KAM, Customer Service)
- Creation of new visuals, reports, dashboards
- Rationalization of existing reports
- Continuous improvement of existing reports
- Extraction and provision of ad-hoc analyses upon request
⚙️ Administration of the BI tool
- Act as the guarantor of data reliability
- Participate in bug resolution
- Be the point of contact for users for any technical question regarding the BI tool
- Assign licenses to users
🎓 Training on the BI tool
- Build the initial training support and maintain it
- Update materials for continuous training
- Be on the front line for answering user questions regarding the use of the tool
🚀 CRM Project
- Participate in the CRM project as the BI (analytical) referent
- Be proactive with the Group team regarding the BI part
🔍 BI Watch
- Analyze new developments in terms of BI tools
- Be proactive regarding the deployment of new features, new BI uses, and the use of new visuals in reports
Requirements
🧠 Profile sought
- Graduate with a Master's degree (Bac+5), ideally specialized in IT, information systems, digital, or data.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector is an appreciated asset.
- You have good knowledge of information systems: architecture, databases, CRM, ERP, and development methodologies.
- You master testing methodologies and tools to guarantee the quality and reliability of the implemented solutions.
- You master Power BI and ideally have knowledge of SQL language.
- Your English level (minimum B2) allows you to operate effectively in an international environment.
- Possessing a strong analytical mind, you know how to interpret data and derive relevant recommendations.
- You enjoy working in a cross-functional mode and know how to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Creative and proactive, you actively contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes.
