Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, your main missions will be as follows:
📁 Closing of VSA accounts ⏳ Deadline compliance: Participates in the preparatory work for the closing of VSA accounts, within the specified deadlines by validating the accounts within their scope of activity. 📈 Reporting: Prepares the various reportings and monitoring statements necessary for the closing. 🔀 Analytical allocation: Performs and proposes the analytical and accounting allocations necessary for the efficient management of the company.
💳 Accounts Payable 🤝 Internal support: Supports departments to ensure the correct transcription of the purchase flow into accounting operations, from order placement to invoice payment. ⚖️ VAT Compliance: Ensures consistency checks for VAT/purchases, in connection with the Déclaration d'Échange de Biens (DEB) and reverse charge. 📝 Declarations: Participates in the preparation of tax declarations within the assigned scope. 🔍 Account analysis: Performs key controls (reconciliation and justification of third-party accounting with general accounting, review of balance sheet/income statement accounts, matching, FNP). ⚙️ Continuous improvement: Proposes adaptations to simplify and ensure the continuity of the flow.
💻 Optimization of IT systems 🛠️ Tool configuration: Proposes and configures appropriate modifications to optimize processes related to the field of activity ( Notilus, Semarchy, Quad… ). 🧪 Acceptance & Testing: Participates in the various implementation test cycles related to the JDE ERP (version upgrades, bug fixes).
🛡️ Internal Control ✅ Compliance: Guarantees the compliance of procedures implemented within the defined scope. 🚨 Anomaly management: Identifies any discrepancies and proposes corrections. Reports any "sensitive" file or suspicion of fraud to their Manager and/or internal audit.
📑 Audit 💼 Supporting documents: Provides documents, answers, and supporting evidence requested during external audits ( Statutory Auditors ) and/or internal audits.
🎓 Training & Experience: Graduate of a BTS comptabilité / DCG, or you have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience. A 3-year stint in an audit or accounting firm is highly appreciated. 💻 IT Tools: Mastery of dedicated tools, notably ERPs, office suites, and an advanced level in Excel. 📊 Financial skills: Solid knowledge of general, analytical, and tax accounting. 🇬🇧 Languages: Mastery of English (minimum A2 level).
