Compensation: $115,000-$145,000 Base Salary + Performance Opportunities

Compensation and Benefits

We invest in professional growth at every career stage.

Full-time base salary range : $115-145k. Commensurate with skillset, experience, schedule and your preferred pace.

Earning potential on monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan: up to $175k

Additional opportunities to earn : Highly competitive monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available.

Relocation stipend

Bonus in exchange for multi-year commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment, skillset and schedule commitment

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)

Eligible for veterinary licensure in West Virginia

Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Interest in collaborative, relationship-based medicine

Both experienced veterinarians and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
