What you will tackle - What you can achieve with us

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the assembly team
• Cross-functional coordination of all assembly activities with regard to deadlines, costs, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Personnel deployment planning for your own assembly employees as well as awarding assembly orders to an international network of subcontractors
• Creation and compliance with pre- and post-calculations for national and international assembly work
• Point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal specialist departments during project execution
• Optimization of structures and processes in the assembly area with the goal of maximum customer satisfaction

What will convince us

• Successfully completed technical training (e.g., Mechatroniker) with further training as a Techniker/Meister or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in a leadership position in the field of assembly within mechanical and plant engineering
• Organizational skills and proactive action in problem-solving
• Very good English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office products as well as an ERP system (ideally ProAlpha)
• Customer-oriented appearance, strong communication skills, assertiveness, high flexibility, and resilience
