About the Department
The Execution Portfolio Planning Team is assigned to the NCE Onshore CPX PMO & Planning area and cooperates closely with the teams from Project Management, Procurement, Construction, and Service to ensure seamless planning and successful implementation of onshore wind energy projects.
The team is responsible for the central planning and optimization of the regional project portfolio and makes a decisive contribution to the safe, efficient, and economical realization of our projects.

Your tasks – this is where you get involved!
- You take over the planning, forecast creation, and control of external installation resources as well as special transport equipment for construction site deliveries, and ensure that the right capacities are available at the right time for our NCE CPX Onshore project portfolio
- You balance project requirements and resource availability, optimizing utilization, flexibility, cost efficiency, safety, quality, and the overall performance of the portfolio
- You evaluate and prioritize project needs based on strategic, operational, commercial, and financial criteria, thereby creating the basis for well-founded decisions
- You work closely with colleagues from Project Management, Procurement, Construction, Transport, and Cost Management, as well as external partners, to ensure coordinated planning and smooth project implementation
- You identify capacity risks and planning challenges early, initiate targeted countermeasures, and ensure the necessary alignment of all stakeholders through transparent communication and reporting
- You transform data into valuable insights and provide forecasts, reviews, scenario analyses, and meaningful reporting that support the optimization of the project portfolio and strategic decisions
- You participate in making our planning processes future-proof by continuously optimizing tools, standards, process steps, and cooperation with partner companies

Your profile – this is how you convince us!
- You have a completed degree in the field of Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification or several years of relevant professional experience
- You bring experience in resource, demand, supply, project, or construction planning, ideally in the field of wind energy, renewable energies, or in other complex international project environments
- You know how to translate project requirements into effective planning approaches and how forecasting, resource control, reporting, and data-based decisions can be meaningfully interconnected
- You use your skills in analysis and problem-solving to manage demanding situations, identify optimization opportunities, and assess operational, commercial, and financial effects
- You develop resilient contacts with stakeholders and external points of contact and cooperate across departments, cultures, and hierarchies
- You skillfully coordinate various interests and priorities and convince with a clear, solution-oriented, and goal-directed way of working
- You enjoy working in international, cross-functional teams and, with your cooperative attitude, make an important contribution to achieving common goals in a matrix organization
- You have a good technical understanding of large-scale projects in the construction or industrial sector; knowledge of the wind energy industry and wind turbine installation is a clear advantage
- You are proficient in using planning and reporting tools, especially Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, SAP BI, Primavera, or comparable systems is welcome.
- You communicate confidently in English and act routinely in an international environment; German language skills are an additional plus
- You are characterized by a willingness to learn, curiosity, and openness to new ideas, and you want to continuously develop and improve processes
