Your tasks – this is where you roll up your sleeves!

• Coordination of personnel, machines, and resources, including shift planning
• Representation of the Teamleader and support in day-to-day business
• Ensuring product quality through process monitoring and compliance with work instructions
• Contact person for QBD1 topics as well as management of escalations to QBD2 incl. documentation
• Support in occupational safety, maintenance, and employee training

Your profile – this is how you convince us!

• completed vocational training in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik, Energie- und Gebäudetechnik or a comparable technical qualification
• leadership or team management experience
• professional experience in the relevant field as well as good process understanding
• confident handling of MS Office (esp. Excel, Word, Outlook) and ideally QDA
• good English skills as well as willingness to work shifts
