The Technical Sales Management NCE Onshore department forms the technical backbone of the sales organization, effectively connecting commercial ambitions with technical feasibility and organizational readiness.

Within this structure, the SCADA Project Management team plays a central role throughout the entire lifecycle of wind power projects – from early sales support through construction and commissioning to service operations. The team works with a diverse customer base, primarily consisting of large utilities and professional investors operating complex and high-value energy assets where SCADA performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance are critical.

This role operates at the intersection of technology, commercial decisions, and project implementation. You will work closely with customers, grid operators, internal execution teams, and R&D to ensure that SCADA solutions are not only technically robust but also commercially competitive, compliant with regulations, and scalable across various regional and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Taking end-to-end responsibility for the SCADA solution in wind power projects, including clear definition, implementation, and successful delivery
• Acting as the technical SCADA lead throughout the entire project lifecycle, from sales support to construction, commissioning, and handover to service
• Supporting sales and customer interactions by providing technical expertise and ensuring that solutions meet customer requirements and contractual specifications
• Leading and coordinating SCADA implementation activities to ensure timely delivery within scope and according to quality standards
• Ensuring the installation, integration, and commissioning of SCADA systems in collaboration with site teams and key stakeholders
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Construction, Service, R&D, customers, and grid operators to ensure compliant and optimized solutions
• Proactive identification of risks, driving continuous improvements, and contributing to the development of SCADA best practices and standards

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or a related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, SCADA, Computer Science, or similar)
• Experience as a SCADA Engineer with a project management focus or as a Project Manager with SCADA expertise in the energy or power environment
• Good understanding of energy systems and electrical infrastructure, including high voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV) systems such as transformers, switchgear, and STATCOM systems
• Experience in the wind energy sector or in industrial power generation environments is an advantage but not mandatory, including knowledge of power plant controls, PLC, servers, and communication protocols
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles in industrial control or SCADA systems (e.g., risk awareness, regulatory requirements, and secure system design) is an advantage

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable insights

• Structured and proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on high-quality results
• Customer-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to work independently; fluent English (written and spoken)
• Valid driver's license (advantageous)
