As a Non-Conformity (Quality) Coordinator, you will gain practical experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and quality processes – while contributing to the efficient installation and commissioning of wind turbines across Europe.

Our team is responsible for the successful installation, commissioning, and handover of wind turbines to our customers – on time and in accordance with agreed quality standards. A vital part of our work involves managing non-conformities (NCs) that may arise during the construction and installation phase. We proactively coordinate the necessary materials, technical expertise, and stakeholder actions to resolve issues efficiently and minimize project risks. We work in a highly collaborative environment, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and site operations to:

• Maintain high quality standards throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Ensure smooth implementation and timely project delivery
• Effectively manage and control costs related to non-conformities

Our overarching goal is to ensure a successful and profitable project handover, balancing operational excellence with strong financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with global and local processes, standards, and instructions
• Managing the entire lifecycle of non-conformities (NC) in SAP and ensuring correct documentation as well as data consistency
• Maintaining complete documentation for the effective processing of NCs and for cost recovery
• Coordinating material management, including ordering and logistics for spare parts and repair solutions
• Monitoring and tracking deliveries, repairs, and on-site executions to ensure timely resolution
• Tracking, managing, and ensuring the correct booking of NC-related costs until financial closure
• Collaborating with Project Management and Customer Project Execution teams for efficient prioritization and resolution of NCs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), though recent graduates are also explicitly encouraged to apply
• Fluent English skills (written and oral); German skills are an advantage
• Experience or knowledge in the field of quality control and/or the wind industry (advantageous)
• Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or similar systems (advantageous)
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methods and quality tools (advantageous)
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
