Construction Planner Crane (m/f/d)(76717) (Operational Planner)

The Execution Portfolio Planning team is part of the NCE Onshore CPX PMO & Planning department (Northern Europe and Central Europe) and works closely with the Project Management, Procurement, Construction, and Service departments to ensure smooth planning and implementation of onshore wind projects.

The team controls and optimizes planning centrally across the regional project portfolio and plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective project execution. The international team is located in Husum (Germany) and Szczecin (Poland).

Tasks:

As our new Operational Crane Planner (m/f/d), you will support the successful implementation of the NCE CPX onshore project portfolio by centrally planning and controlling external crane resources before and during the execution phase.

Together with a highly motivated international team, you will:

• Plan, allocate, and coordinate crane resources across all onshore projects in NCE
• Ensure the availability of cranes on-site in accordance with project schedules and quality requirements
• Create consolidated demand forecasts and coordinate them with crane suppliers and Procurement
• Work closely with stakeholders (Project Management, Procurement, Construction, Service) to ensure integrated planning
• Optimize resource allocation across projects, taking into account costs, safety, quality, and flexibility
• Track project progress, monitor risks, implement countermeasures, and report regularly on capacities and planning status
• Support portfolio optimization and strategic planning decisions
• Contribute to supplier management and the crane procurement strategy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, vocational training, or comparable experience in a technical or commercial field
• Professional experience preferably in construction site planning, ideally in the wind energy industry or in complex industrial projects or project environments
• Knowledge of planning, reporting, and analysis tools, including corresponding software
• Understanding of planning processes and resource coordination
• Very good IT skills and confident handling of IT systems (MS Office, ERP software; ideally experience with SAP and Primavera)
• Very good English skills; German and/or Polish are an advantage
• Strong technical understanding of wind turbines
