Your tasks
Responsibilities
- Support the Delivery Lead in managing program delivery data and status
- Validate progress data and prepare insight-based reports and dashboards, rather than just meeting minutes
- Monitor action items, dependencies, and milestones across teams and vendors
- Manage governance records: decision log, RAID log, change request, and program documentation
- Prepare governance meeting materials and periodic reports for management
- Manage the knowledge repository and lessons learned documentation
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT project management or PMO
- Understanding of business processes and IT in the telecommunications industry (plus)
- Proficient in using MS Project, JIRA, and Excel/PowerBI for reporting
- Strong data analysis and report preparation skills
- Meticulous, structured, and communicative
- Fluent in Indonesian and English
