Mechanically strong and good at explaining technology clearly? As a Technical Writer, you translate complex machine building into clear technical documentation and assembly manuals. An interesting combination of engineering, writing, and precise technical insight.

What will you do?

Working within an innovative machine builder, you will work on the documentation of high-tech machines. To explain something well, you must, of course, first understand how it works. Therefore, you will dive deep into the machines and work closely with Design Engineers and other technical experts.

• You draft technical documentation and assembly manuals
• You delve into the mechanical operation and construction of machines

• You translate complex technical information into clear instructions
• You correctly process knowledge regarding fine mechanics and tolerances in the documentation

• You rewrite and improve existing manuals
• You ensure that technical information is constructed clearly, logically, and consistently

• You contribute to a uniform structure and template for technical documentation
• You coordinate content directly with engineers and technical experts

This is therefore not a purely editorial role. You must be technically strong enough to think along with engineers and subsequently make the translation to documentation that someone else can use correctly.
