- As Head of Engineering, you will take charge of the engineering team and be responsible for the technical development of new machines and installations.
- You ensure that projects meet the highest quality standards and guide your team in the development of innovative solutions.
A typical workday?
- You coach and support a team of 7 engineers, monitor project progress, and ensure that technical challenges are addressed efficiently.
- Additionally, you design new machines conceptually from scratch and maintain the balance between quality, cost, and manufacturability.
- You actively contribute ideas regarding innovative developments and guide new ideas from the concept phase to realization. In doing so, you also assist in the preparation and submission of patent applications.
- Together with the management, you think strategically about the further growth of the company, new markets, and future technological developments.
- Master Burgerlijk Ingenieur or Industrieel Ingenieur Elektromechanica
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience within mechanical engineering or engineering
- Experience with the design and realization of machines and prototypes
- Strong technical insight
