Who You Are
We are looking for a Technical Account Management Director – APAC to lead and scale our TAM organization across China, India, Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia. You will own publisher revenue growth and operational excellence across our Performance and Branding platforms, build a high-performing regional team, and act as the senior voice of our APAC publisher community inside Verve.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on SSP / AdTech leader who combines deep monetization expertise, data-driven thinking and people leadership, with a proven ability to deliver both technical execution and commercial outcomes.
What You Will Do
Team Leadership & Strategy
Lead, coach and develop the APAC TAM team across China, India, Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia, strengthening both technical and commercial capabilities
Define team structure, priorities and performance metrics aligned with revenue goals
Revenue & Performance Ownership
Own and drive publisher revenue growth across the Verve Performance P+ Platform (formerly PubNative) and the Verve Branding P+ Platform (formerly Smaato)
Monitor revenue and other key metrics , proactively identifying risks and growth opportunities
Lead performance optimization initiatives across traffic, demand channels and ad formats
Publisher & Partner Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier publishers and strategic partners
Serve as the senior escalation point for key accounts
Partner closely with Commercial teams to support onboarding, expansion and retention
Technical & Operational Excellence
Oversee the end-to-end publisher lifecycle, including:
Integration kickoff and onboarding
SDK / mediation integrations (e.g., MAX, LevelPlay, Google Admob)
New inventory enablement
SDK version updates
Uphold high standards in:
Discrepancy monitoring and resolution
P2P revenue validation
Traffic quality and compliance
Data & Insights
Work closely with the Analytics team to develop optimization strategies
Use data analysis to identify performance issues and optimization opportunities
Translate data into actionable insights for both internal teams and external partners
Drive adoption of best practices across monetization strategies
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Engineering and Demand teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance
Provide structured market feedback to influence the product roadmap
Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability
What We Are Looking For
Must Have
8+ years of experience in SSP / AdTech account management or technical account management
Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem , including mediation (MAX, LevelPlay), header bidding and SDK integrations
Proven track record of managing publisher relationships and driving revenue growth
Experience leading and scaling regional or global teams
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working across multiple markets and time zone
Nice to Have
Experience working across APAC markets
Familiarity with both branding and performance monetization models
Background in mobile app monetization and SDK-based integrations
Proficiency in Japanese or Korean
