Are you a night owl? We are looking for on-call help for nights 🌙

Vertshuset Røros is looking for a reliable and independent on-call assistant for night shifts, mainly on weekends and as needed.

What we are looking for

Experience from hotels, reception, or similar work is positive, but not a requirement. The most important thing for us is that you are a person we can trust. Necessary training will be provided.

Tasks

While most others are sleeping, we need someone to keep a watchful eye on the house and ensure that our guests feel safe and well taken care of. As a night guard, you will work largely independently, and we are therefore looking for someone who is responsible, calm, and comfortable being alone at work.

Tasks

The tasks will include, among others:

Take care of our guests and be available as needed throughout the night

Check-in and check-out of guests

Simple reception tasks

Supervision and security in the house

Preparation and incidental tasks before a new day starts

Handle situations that may arise during the night

Who are we looking for?

We believe you will thrive with us if you:

are at least 18 years old

are reliable and responsible

enjoy working independently

can maintain calm if something unexpected arises

are service-oriented and like meeting people

and -- not least -- actually enjoy being awake when the rest of Røros is sleeping 😊

You do not need to speak Norwegian, but you must be able to communicate well in English. Other languages are, of course, an advantage.
