What we expect from you Minimum 6 years of commercial experience with backend and frontend development.

Written and spoken English not lower than Upper Intermediate level (B2).

Deep understanding of advanced JavaScript and TypeScript concepts.

Strong experience with Node.js and modern frontend framework (React or Angular)

Strong knowledge of databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis)

Experience with cloud platforms and serverless architecture (AWS, Lambda)

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools

Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and methodologies

Hands-on experience of accessibility (a11y) principles and ARIA attributes.

Experience with system design and scalable architecture

Experience in leading a team, mentoring developers, and driving technical decisions.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Knowledge and practical experience with projects at different stages.

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Will be a plus Experience in estimating development effort for projects of varying complexity and at different stages

Experience with microservices architecture

Experience with LLM APIs or AI integrations
