Residential Property Lawyer

Swaffham Location: Swaffham, Norfolk

We're working with a growing law firm in Swaffham looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join its established property team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own caseload and wants to join a supportive firm where they can develop their career and become an important part of the department.

The Role

You'll manage a varied residential property caseload from initial instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Leasehold matters
• First-time buyer transactions
• More complex residential property matters where appropriate

You'll work directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service.

About You

We're interested in speaking with Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX professionals and experienced Residential Property Fee Earners.

You'll ideally have:

• Strong residential property experience
• Experience managing your own caseload
• Confidence handling transactions from instruction to completion
• Excellent client-care and communication skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• A commercial and pragmatic approach
