Family Solicitor / Family Law Fee Earner – Liverpool Location: Liverpool

We're working with a growing law firm in Liverpool that is looking to strengthen its Family Law team with the appointment of an experienced Family Solicitor or Family Law Fee Earner.

The Role

You'll manage your own varied caseload of family law matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy matters
• Private children proceedings
• Child arrangements
• Cohabitation disputes
• Domestic abuse matters
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
• Other privately funded family matters

You'll manage cases from initial instruction through to conclusion, working directly with clients and taking ownership of your caseload.

About You

We're interested in speaking with qualified Family Solicitors as well as experienced Family Law Fee Earners.

You'll ideally have:

• Strong experience within Family Law
• Experience managing your own caseload
• Exposure to private children and financial matters
• Excellent client-care and communication skills
• The ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team
• A commercial approach
