About the company

*Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience Fidaris Legal is working with an established law firm in Eastbourne that is urgently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Locum Solicitor** to support its busy property team.

Your tasks

You'll be handling a range of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial leases, renewals and assignments
• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property transactions and associated documentation
• Liaising directly with clients and third parties
• Managing an existing caseload independently

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Strong commercial property experience
• Confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision
• Previous locum experience desirable but not essential
• Able to commute to Eastbourne
• Immediately available to work five days per week initially
