We pioneer innovative communication products like NetEdge - the first Push-to-Talk (PoC) Radio as a Service (RaaS) in the Philippines.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Generation and Digital Services Specialist to drive digital marketing and event-based lead generation strategies. This role focuses on converting marketing activities into qualified sales leads through digital campaigns, events, and data-driven marketing performance management.

You will oversee digital marketing execution, campaign performance, market research, analytics, and the supervision of an Event Coordinator to ensure consistent, measurable business growth.

What you’ll be doing:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation

Manage company digital presence (website, social media, search engines)

Ensure consistent branding across all digital channels

Coordinate content, campaigns, and marketing materials with internal teams

Align marketing efforts with Sales and Telesales for lead conversion

Track and report campaign performance (engagement, leads, conversions)

Manage CRM (Odoo) lead data and ensure proper sales handover

Conduct market research and monitor competitors

Supervise the Event Coordinator and ensure the execution quality of events

Manage marketing calendar, budgets, and vendor coordination

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or lead generation roles

Experience in CRM systems (Odoo is an advantage)

Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills

Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
