Customer Service, multiple locations, Oulu and Turku

Your task will be to guide our customers in accordance with our service concept in face-to-face customer service, by telephone, and in electronic channels. The main focus of the role is in face-to-face customer service. Success in this job requires good English language skills, good information retrieval and IT skills, as well as the desire to perform full-time customer service work.
