Haircare Sales Executive/ Sales Educator
Job Description
Join our team at Vermogen System, a professional haircare products distributor in Singapore.
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Executive / Salon Educator to develop new business and manage our existing professional salon accounts. Candidates with hairdressing or professional haircare experience will have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new salon accounts through prospecting, cold calling and salon visits
- Manage and maintain good relationships with existing customers
- Achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities
- Introduce and recommend suitable professional haircare products to salon customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and product training for salons
- Follow up on customer orders, enquiries and sales opportunities
- Maintain good product knowledge across our professional haircare ranges
- Participate in company events, product launches, promotions and training when required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales, business development, hairdressing or beauty industry experience preferred
- Hairdressing background or professional haircare knowledge is an advantage
- Comfortable with outdoor sales and visiting salons around Singapore
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
- Sales-driven with a positive attitude and good initiative
- Basic computer skills
- Training on our product ranges will be provided
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking salon customers
