*Job Title: Experienced Truck Dispatcher*

We are seeking an *experienced and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher* to join our growing trucking company. The ideal candidate will have *1?2 years of hands-on experience in the Canadian trucking industry* and be capable of managing complete trucking operations, including *load booking, driver dispatch, customs, cross-border shipments, and Canada-wide transportation.*

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Book and negotiate loads with brokers, customers, and shippers
• Plan and coordinate *Canada-wide and Canada?USA cross-border loads*
• *Dispatch drivers and provide complete load instructions*
• *Coordinate pickups, deliveries, appointments, and schedules*
• *Track shipments and maintain regular communication with drivers and customers*
• *Handle customs documentation and requirements for cross-border shipments*
• *Prepare and manage BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, customs documents, and other paperwork*
• *Monitor driver schedules, equipment availability, and delivery timelines*
• *Resolve delays, routing issues, breakdowns, and other operational challenges*
• *Communicate with brokers, customers, shippers, receivers, and warehouses*
• *Maximize truck utilization and minimize empty miles*
• *Maintain accurate records and update TMS/dispatch systems*
• *Ensure all operations comply with company policies and transportation regulations*

*Requirements:*

• *1?2 years of hands-on truck dispatch experience in the Canadian trucking industry*
• *Proven experience handling Canada-wide and USA cross-border loads*
• *Experience with customs and cross-border documentation*
• *Experience booking loads through brokers and load boards*
• *Hands-on experience with TransPlus, BorderConnect, and Loadlink is required*
• *Strong knowledge of Canadian trucking operations, routes, equipment, and regulations*
• *Experience with BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, customs paperwork, and carrier documentation*
• *Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills*
• *Ability to multitask and work under pressure*
• *Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly*
• *Reliable, organized, proactive, and a strong team player*
• *Full-time, Monday?Friday, 8:00 AM?5:00 PM*
• *Rotational weekend shifts as required*

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
