Tenders & Sales Support Department Employee

VERMA DRUGS SA, a dynamically growing company in the Pharmaceutical and Health Products sector, is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Tenders & Sales Support Department Employee. Responsibilities Tender Management: Searching, studying, and full preparation of tender files (technical and financial) in both hard copy and electronic format. Contract Monitoring: Overseeing the progress of public contracts and the tendering process to ensure strict compliance with their terms. Sales Support: Drafting reports and creating monthly statistical data for management. Customer Service: Managing orders and coordinating shipments for domestic and international customers in cooperation with the warehouse and the accounting department. Commercial Communication: Supporting Marketing activities, participating in trade fairs, conferences, and managing promotional material. Required Qualifications: University/TEI/College degree with a focus on Business Administration or a related field. Proven 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical sector or a related health industry. Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken). Very good knowledge of MS Office applications. Developed time management skills and effective multi-tasking abilities. Experience using the ΕΣΗΔΗΣ platform. Knowledge of commercial management in an ERP environment (experience in an Entersoft environment will be considered a significant advantage). Familiarity with drafting technical specifications for med-tech products. Customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and organizational spirit.
