With a higher education degree in HR specializing in Compensation & Benefits, you have 3 to 6 years of initial experience in topics related to compensation, social management control, or HR studies, ideally acquired within a structured environment (ETI or group).

You have good knowledge of compensation mechanisms (fixed, variable, benefits), and demonstrate a real interest in job frameworks, grid structuring, and grading-type processes.

Comfortable with data, you possess strong analytical skills and a good mastery of office tools, particularly Excel.

You operate in a professional environment in English and are able to interact with international stakeholders.

Rigor, reliability, and attention to detail allow you to produce relevant and actionable analyses.

Possessing good interpersonal skills, you know how to collaborate effectively with HR stakeholders and support sometimes technical topics.
