Technical Project Manager / Migration Lead

Your tasks

• Own the end-to-end migration roadmap: assessment, design, migration waves, testing, cutover, and decommissioning.
• Coordinate application, infrastructure, network, storage, security, and operations teams.
• Plan and prioritise migration waves with minimal disruption to business services.
• Track dependencies, risks, and issues, and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate testing, including integration, performance, resilience, and operational acceptance.
• Manage change processes and plan the handover to operations (support model, monitoring, backup, documentation).
• Ensure service stability, resilience, and recovery objectives are met.
• Prepare status reports and steering committee materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience coordinating complex infrastructure migration or transformation projects in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with VMware to OpenShift migration (or a similar move to a container platform).
• Solid understanding of VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) and OpenShift / Kubernetes concepts.
• Experience in migration planning: workload discovery, dependency mapping, readiness assessment, cutover and rollback.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to turn technical topics into clear decisions.
• Very good English, written and spoken.
